The Heart 2 Heart Foundation held their annual Queen of Hearts Gala this past Saturday. It was a great evening which celebrated their mission and work, their donors and volunteers, and especially the lives that have been touched by The Heart2Heart Foundation!
The foundation's mission is to inspire and enable women and their loved ones take action that prevents heart attack, stroke and premature death.
