12th Annual Mardi Gras Celebration

We had a blast supporting AIDS Response Effort, Inc. (ARE) for a second year in a row at their Mystical Knights themed 12th Annual Mardi Gras celebration! ARE’s journey began over 25 years ago when a handful of concerned members of their community came together with the compassionate foresight to begin addressing the needs of the AIDS crisis in the Winchester community in the late 1980′s. Their initial effort was in establishing a support group and “buddy” system for those living with HIV/AIDS. Hosted over Presidents’ Day Weekend, we were proud to partner with Hannah & Friends and the Dwight Stephenson Foundation to raise money for their worthy causes! The event began with a celebrity dinner and auction Saturday evening. On Sunday, golfers experienced the legendary Blue Monster at Trump National Doral, followed by lunch in the clubhouse. Triangle Down Syndrome Network's annual Mardi Gras Party was a success with 5 lucky trip winners and cuisine that would have made New Orleans jealous! Healing Hearts Luncheon and Silent Auction

This was a tremendous fundraising weekend for our nonprofit partners. On Friday we helped raise funds for the Children's Grieving Center of New Mexico at their 12th Annual Healing Hearts Luncheon & Silent Auction which saw 11 excited bucket list trip winners! The Children’s Grief Center of New Mexico (CGC) offers free support groups for bereaved children (ages 5 – 25), and is the only such program in central New Mexico. CGC provides a safe place to share experiences and feelings while grieving a death. Groups are designed to give the children the opportunity to talk, draw, write, play or act out their grief journey and to process these experiences with others who are going through the same t

Grand Gala 2018

Last Saturday we partnered with a wonderful organization in Cincinnati, The Dragonfly Foundation for their 2018 Grand Gala. Ten excited trip winners supported the organization's worthy cause! The foundation helps young cancer and bone marrow transplant patients and their families find strength. They provide support to young patients, siblings/offspring and parents/caregivers – as well as direct support to social workers, Child Life representatives, and hospital staff that care for patients while they are in the hospital. The support comes in the form of Caring, Community and Awareness that results in better Emotional health (C.A.R.E.).

A Nigh of Hollywood

Over 100 attendees and 11 trip winners supported Hope Healthcare at their annual gala, this year with a Hollywood theme in Bonita Springs, FL. Our favorite thing is when we support a silent auction for an organization whose donors just "get it". Of course they are attending the event to have fun and learn more about the cause, but the fundraising to further the cause are at the forefront of their minds. Congratulations to Hope Healthcare for having such wonderful donors!

28th Annual Red Hot Night

From sunny Florida to snowy Michigan, we were pleased to brave the cold to support the critical mission of the Shelby Township Firefighters at their 28th Annual Red Hot Night Dinner Dance and Fundraiser, which saw 8 very enthusiastic trip winners! The Great Lakes Burn Camp, which is a camp designed for burn victims, specifically children. The camp provides a unique experience that promotes healing, self-esteem, confidence, and general well-being for burn injured children.

Saturday, February 3, 2018, we had the pleasure of attending Elder Care of Alachua County's annual “Moonlight and Martinis” Gala to raise funds for Al’z Place, Adult Day Care. Their black and white theme, this year really created a dramatic photoscape of the room! The Mission of ElderCare of Alachua County is to be an advocate for the elderly and provide services that will build capacity, maximize independence, and enrich the quality of life for the seniors in Alachua County and north central Florida.

They encourage teens to reach their full potential through practical learning experiences.They empower teens to take control of their futures through counseling and mentoring. Chocolate Indulgence x3

What a great feeling it is to say that we supported the YWCA of Pueblofor 3 years in a row at their annual Chocolate Indulgence fundraising event in Colorado! YWCA is on a mission to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families and strengthen communities. YWCA of Pueblo’s Domestic Violence Crisis Shelter offers emergency refuge, domestic violence counseling, legal advocate assistance and referral, community referral, and court accompaniment. It is extremely important to understand that the Domestic Violence Crisis Shelter can only offer housing to and assist women who are victims of domestic violence and their children (including males up to the age of 17).
