MAITLAND, Fla. (July 11, 2023) – The American Fundraising Foundation (AmFund) has been named by the Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) as one of the “Best Places to Work in Central Florida” as determined by an independent survey of AmFund’s employees.

“We are honored for this recognition and are delighted to have created a culture within our organization that is engaging, vibrant and inclusive. It is the hallmark of our Right Relationships and Right Behaviors philosophy that is more than just our values painted on a wall”, said Deborah Marshall, Chief Operating Officer. “In the midst of so much change in the workplace, it is gratifying to know that our employees have found their purpose in working at AmFund.”

Each year AmFund, approves and partners with over 600 organizations throughout the United States and provides unrestricted funds to support important causes ranging from the arts; veterans’ services; senior and youth programs; animal rescues and therapies; and humanitarian relief. Over the past 24 years, AmFund has distributed over $52 million to worthy organizations through its sponsorship of events and over $500K in unrestricted grants since 2020.

About the American Fundraising Foundation

Each year, the American Fundraising Foundation (AmFund) carefully chooses organizations to support through sponsorship of events, year-end grant distribution, virtual silent auctions, and other programs to raise much-needed unrestricted funds for the important mission of those organizations.
