In determining True Retail Price ("TRP"), round down to next lower price if exact TRP is not shown above.  Do not inflate the TRP.  It is not the list price.  It is your best estimate of the price at which someone can go into a high quality local store and purchase that item today.  Do not overprice.  It is much better to start low and ensure early starting bids.
