Golden Pear Grant Recipients Will Be Announced Today
During Live Facebook Stream
MAITLAND, Fla. (October 26, 2022) – The American Fundraising Foundation (AmFund) will announce the name of recipient organizations for the 2022 Golden Pear Grants during a live stream on Facebook at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time zone.

“We are delighted to announce the names of the recipient organizations today during a live Facebook stream. Once the social media streaming announcement concludes, we will contact each of the recipients by phone or email,” said Deborah Marshall, Chief Operating Officer. “With over 2500 applicants the decisions were not easy, because each organization is deserving.”
“This has been a challenging year for many nonprofit organizations, and it is our honor to support them through our unrestricted Golden Pear Grants and the other programs offered by AmFund,” she continued. “Today marks another milestone for our organization and we are honored to share it with those that do so much in our communities. The Golden Pear is part of our logo and symbolizes good health, prosperity, longevity, and future happiness – all the things we hope for these worthy organizations.”
Each year AmFund, approves and partners with over 500 organizations throughout the United States and provides unrestricted funds to support important causes ranging from the arts; veterans’ services; senior and youth programs; animal rescues and therapies; and humanitarian relief. Over the past 23 years, AmFund has distributed over $44 million to worthy organizations through its sponsorship of events and over $250K in grants since 2020.
