Hosted over Presidents’ Day Weekend, we were proud to partner with Hannah & Friends and the Dwight Stephenson Foundation to raise money for their worthy causes!
The event began with a celebrity dinner and auction Saturday evening. On Sunday, golfers experienced the legendary Blue Monster at Trump National Doral, followed by lunch in the clubhouse.
The Dwight Stephenson Foundation combines the sports and business communities in an effort to generate increased funding for charities that provide educational, health and human services to support the needs of children and families.
Hannah & Friends currently have 14 residents living on our 40 acre property in South Bend, Indiana. In addition, we offer a day program and evening programs, including art, cooking, basketball, dances, and animal club, for individuals in the community. We serve over 125 individuals throughout the year. This year alone, we have disbursed nearly $30,000 to families with a child with special needs through our Hannah’s Helping Hands grant program. The success of the Charity Golf Classic allows us to continue our mission and help more families each year.
