August 10th Application Deadline Is Approaching For Golden Pear Grants


MAITLAND, Fla. (August 8, 2022) – Applications for Golden Pear Grants are continuing to be accepted by the American Fundraising Foundation (AmFund) until the deadline of August 10, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time zone. Nonprofit organizations can complete and submit a simple application online at https://www.amfund.org/giving. This is the first step to qualify for a Golden Pear Grant and other funding opportunities provided by AmFund.

“We are excited to be able to continue our Golden Pear Grant program this year to support organizations across the country,” said Deborah Marshall, Chief Operating Officer of the American Fundraising Foundation. “As the deadline for submissions approaches, we want to continue to encourage organizations to complete an application. Our greatest joy is helping organizations fund their cause through one of our many funding opportunities.”

Each year AmFund, approves and partners with nearly 500 organizations throughout the United States and provides unrestricted funds to support important causes ranging from the arts; veterans’ services; senior and youth programs; animal rescues and therapies; and humanitarian relief. Over the past 23 years, AmFund has distributed over $44 million to worthy organizations through its sponsorship of events and over $250K in grants since 2020.
